We accept returns within [14/30] days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and intimate goods (for hygiene reasons).
2. How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@sowakaventures.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without authorization.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
PayPal Note: We reserve the right to deny refunds for "Significantly Not as Described" claims if the item matches the description provided on the website at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
